Wed for a wager

Deciding to oblige his grandfather and also to win a bet with his cronies, Lord Veryan sets out to get married and proposes to Katty, the sister-in-law of his former mistress. Surprisingly, she accepts but as they start married life, they find London society beset by a vicious jewel thief, who may possibly be someone they know.
