Dr. Hugo Heyrman

Dr. Hugo Heyrman's enigmatic paintings are characterised by a pictorial intensity and a resonance of the images.0Since the 1960s, he has developed as one of the most important painters of his generation.0In essence, his work is about the mysterious double life of images - it opens up a transitional space between reality, memory and imagination.0We enter a dimension of an inner sense of time - where a gaze becomes a private dream.00Exhibition: Galerie de Zwarte Panter, Antwerp, Belgium (09.11.2019 - 12.01.2020).
